We are looking to find experienced Managing Director level individuals to work with in driving the buyout of private companies in the North West and across the UK.
£equity
Investment required – min £150k of personal funds.
These are retirement sales where 100% equity is available to you.
Auxilium Advisory will work with you to effect the transaction including finding a suitable funding package. Fees are payable for this service, which can be settled out of the funding package generated.
You will need to invest your own personal capital (typically minimum £150k) and must be driven to own and run your own company.
You are likely to have been in an Operations Director / Managing Director / General Manager role in either a private business or a group subsidiary, where you have had autonomous responsibility for P&L management and strategic direction.
You will wish to own a business outright.
